I really like the reflection of the flash in Steve’s shades and made a feature of it in this piece. I went on to draw the cover illustration of the Visage 12 inch mix of ‘Pleasure Boys’ a couple of years later. The small 12 × 9.5 x .75 inches/ 30 × 24 × 2 centimetres format of the piece plays on the stature of a Warhol Polaroid Big Shot and would create a super-cool focal point in even the smallest space.
